These 4 and 4.5 ton short-tail machines are everywhere in hire fleets, which means most of them have had a hard life. Slack swing, leaking travel motors, tired boom pins and wiring that has been rubbed through are the usual complaints. The manual walks you through each of them.
Two serial series for each model are covered, so later production changes are in the book.
Mind the -2. The first SK40SR and SK45SR, without it, have a different manual, S5PH0001E.
