1. Digital Products — Refund Criteria
Because our products are delivered digitally, digital purchases are generally non-returnable. However, we may provide a refund, replacement, or another appropriate resolution when there is a verified problem with the product or delivery.
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Download link does not work: The supplied download link is not functioning and we are unable to provide a working replacement link.
- Invalid or corrupted PDF: The purchased PDF or digital file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is materially unusable, and we are unable to provide a valid replacement.
- Wrong product delivered: The digital product delivered is materially different from the product purchased or ordered.
- Wrong order supplied by OEM Manual Store: We delivered a different manual, file, model, or product than the one shown in the customer's order.
- Materially different product: The delivered product is materially different from the product description or specifications presented on our website at the time of purchase.
- Product cannot be accessed: A purchased digital product cannot be accessed or downloaded because of a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Before issuing a refund, we may first attempt to resolve the problem by providing a replacement file, corrected file, new download link, or reasonable technical assistance.
2. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Accidental purchase;
- Failure to review the product description before ordering;
- Incorrect model, year, engine, equipment, or part selection by the customer;
- Failure to check compatibility before purchase;
- Purchasing the wrong product when the correct product information was available on the website;
- Failure to read the product specifications or compatibility information;
- Inability to use a product because the customer's computer, device, software, or operating system does not meet the required requirements;
- Products that have already been successfully downloaded and are accessible as described;
- Digital products or services that have already been successfully delivered or initiated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, manufacturer, model, year, compatibility information, and other available product details before completing a purchase.
3. Incorrect or Defective Digital Product
If you believe that the digital product you received is incorrect, defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product described on our website, please contact us at info@oemmanualstore.com.
Please provide your order number and sufficient information describing the issue. Screenshots or other supporting information may be requested where necessary.
We will review the claim and may provide:
- A corrected or replacement file;
- A replacement download link;
- Technical assistance to access the purchased product; or
- A refund where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
4. Refund Approval
Refunds are not automatically issued merely because a problem is reported. Each request is reviewed based on the order details, product supplied, reported issue, and available evidence.
If we determine that the product or delivery qualifies for a refund under this policy, the refund will be approved and processed through the applicable payment processor.
5. Refund Method — PayPal
OEM Manual Store accepts PayPal as its payment method.
When a refund is approved, the refund will be issued through PayPal to the original payment source used for the transaction, where supported by PayPal.
We do not normally provide refunds to a different PayPal account, bank account, card, or alternative payment method.
The time required for a refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on PayPal, the customer's card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
6. Refund Amount
Where a refund is approved for an eligible digital product, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment source, subject to any applicable payment processor rules or transaction limitations.
Where only part of an order is affected, we may review the affected item or portion of the order separately rather than automatically refunding the entire transaction.
7. Hardware Products
If OEM Manual Store offers physical hardware products, those products may be subject to separate return conditions stated on the applicable product page or order documentation.
Before returning any physical product, customers must contact us and receive return instructions.
8. Non-Returnable Digital Products
The following products are generally non-returnable, except where they meet the refund criteria described in this policy:

- Maintenance Manuals
- Parts and Technical Manuals
- PDF Manuals
- Wiring Diagrams and Schematics
- Digital Documents
- Downloadable Files

- Other digitally delivered products or services
This does not prevent customers from submitting a legitimate claim where a product is invalid, corrupted, inaccessible, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description.
