This is the engine shop manual Kobelco supplied under book code S5LQ0011E. It deals with the Mitsubishi six cylinder diesel on its own, apart from the excavator it is fitted to.
The nameplate data shown in the book gives a firing order of 1-5-3-6-2-4, valve clearance of 0.4 mm cold for inlet and exhaust, and injection timing of 17 degrees BTDC. If those match the plate on your engine, you are looking at the right family.
