John Deere's repair technical manual TM1882 for the 410G backhoe loader. It takes a technician all the way through disassembly and rebuild of every major system - transmission, engine, torque converter, brakes, main hydraulics, loader and backhoe - and pairs with the separate operation and test manual, TM1881, for diagnosis.

This manual (TM1882, dated 26MAR04, with prior editions back to 2000) is written for the John Deere 410G backhoe loader. It is the repair half of a two-part set; diagnosis and troubleshooting are handled in the companion operation and test manual, TM1881.
The engine is John Deere's PowerTech 4.5L/6.8L diesel, with full overhaul detail kept in its own base engine manual (CTM104) and mechanical fuel system manual (CTM207) rather than repeated here. Front wheel drive axle overhaul for AS and MS series axles is likewise covered in CTM4687, and alternator/starter work in CTM77. This manual focuses on what's unique to the 410G: how it all bolts together, comes apart and goes back together correctly.
This edition carries copyright dates from 2000 through 2004, meaning it has been updated over several production runs - check your machine's details against the relevant section before ordering parts. 878 pages.
