Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include PayPal and supported credit or debit card payment options. Payment availability can vary depending on your location, currency, and checkout conditions.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?

Accepted Answer

Enter your valid coupon or discount code in the designated coupon field during checkout and apply it before completing your order. Please make sure the discount is reflected in your order total before payment.

Question 14

Why is my coupon code not working?

Accepted Answer

A coupon may not work if it has expired, has reached its usage limit, does not apply to the selected product, requires a minimum purchase, or is restricted to certain customers or orders. If you believe a valid coupon is not working correctly, please contact our support team before completing the purchase.

Question 15

Can I use more than one coupon on an order?

Accepted Answer

Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, only one coupon or discount code may be applied to an order.

Accepted Answer

Coupon codes generally must be applied during checkout before payment is completed. Discounts normally cannot be added retroactively to completed orders.

Accepted Answer

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will review the purchase and product information and, where appropriate, may help identify a suitable replacement or other solution.

Question 19
